At the end of 2008, Dave McCall, owner of M&M Paints, decided to give back to the community by offering a free exterior paint job to a deserving individual. In January, 2009, Ben Abila was chosen the lucky winner from the many nominations received. Ben Abila had been in a serious motorcycle accident and was facing major surgery. He knew his home needed to be painted but was physically and financially unable to do the job. McCall personally went to the Abila home with paint samples and helped select the perfect tone for the walls and trim. As Spring approached Dave enlisted some of his professional clients to help with the job. Represented were Clark Painting, Pioneer Painting, Shiflet Painting and Mark Baluch. The Abilas’ were amazed at the professionalism, camaraderie and final results. Once again, McCall has decided to offer an exterior paint job to a deserving family/individual.
