Fremont County Head Start is in the planning stages for the 35th Annual Safety Town USA. This year’s event will be held on April 20th, 21st, and 22nd, 2010. The Head Start Program has been serving children and families throughout Fremont County since 1967. Head Start began in the Nation in 1965. This event will be open to the public and free of charge. Over 900 children attended last year and we’re anticipating an even bigger and better event this year! Each day will consist of a puppet show and a variety of safety stops for each group. The first show will begin at 9:00 a.m. and subsequent shows will be at 10:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., with presentations available until 3:00 p.m. on April 20th and 21st.
